 SERVICE GUARANTEE

We offer a 100% guarantee on all services within the first week after they were performed. Please keep in mind corrective color usually requires more than one service to achieve desired results. Stylists will determine all guarantees. Because of the nature of home coloring products, we cannot guarantee color services if the client has previously had color done outside of Nx2None Locs & More.

Deposit Requirement


Nx2None Locs & More requires a Non Refundable $25 deposit required within 24 hrs of booked appointment. This is required for all  appointments No Exceptions. If the required deposit is not received by the required timeframe,  your appointments will be canceled. Nx2None accepts Apple Pay (470)521-9765, Cashapp $Nx2None, Zelle (470)521-9765.  Late fee $10 if more than 15 mins and 30 mins late your appointment will be cancelled.

 

**If for any reason you have to reschedule your appointment and it is within the 48 hr cancellation policy, your deposit will be forwarded to the new reschedule appointment. The reschedule of 1 appointment with prior deposits will be allowed to rescheduled appointment. It does not apply to a canceled appointment a new deposit will be needed.. Deposit will be null and void after 1 rescheduled appointment made by client and a new deposit will be required.

CANCELLATION POLICY

At Nx2None Locs & More we strive to ensure the utmost positive and enjoyable experience for my clients. Nx2None Locs & More understands that sometimes there are unavoidable circumstances that can conflict with your scheduled appointment and therefore cause you to cancel.

As a courtesy to myself and Nx2None clients, we ask that any cancellations and rescheduling be given 48 hours notice of your already scheduled appointment. Any cancellation made after the 48 hour and less than 24 hrs may be subject to 50% deposit charge of your service fee for the next booking. Missed appointments with no courtesy call are subject to a 2 week hold from booking. The Nx2None Locs & More offers an email and text reminder for your scheduled appointments.

*Please note:  When you receive your text/email reminder you are required to reply “Yes” to confirm.  However, if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, we ask that you call Jay (Owner/Stylist) directly to cancel and reschedule for another available date.

Child Safety

Due to the small size of my establishment and all the chemicals and tools in a salon environment, I ask that children under the age of 12 be accompanied by a guardian and that they remain with child(ren) receiving services unless discussed with stylist. Any client that is getting service we ask that they not be brought to your appointment if not being serviced. We appreciate your understanding, as our client’s safety is our top priority!

 

No appointments will be taken for kids under the age of 10 yr old after 7pm for weekday appointments.

PRODUCT RETURNS

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all of our skin and hair products. If you decide that it is not the right product for you, provided that 3/4 of the original amount of the product is unused, we will gladly take it back as a return or exchange it for another product within 10 days of original purchase. Once your has been confirmed received without no damages, Nx2None Locs & More will not responsible for any refunds or replacement of oils, shampoo and/or conditioners thereafter.

Care Continued results are achieved through daily use of professional products at home. The lead stylist will recommend a home care regimen to maintain your results between visits.
